What does the prices under EX NM-MT mean in the Beckett Racing Collectibles Price Guide #14?

I have the Beckett Racing 14th edition 2009 collectibles price guide #14… and i was reading the different prices for nascar’s die cast cars and they have EX NM-MT… i looked under the terminology section and EX is not in there. They have NM and MT…. so i need to know what EX means.

    NM- Near Mint (almost perfect)
    MT- Mint condition (perfect)

    Ex- Excellent (new, Never been touched)
